Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using our website or placing an order. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 

• Orders may be canceled free of charge within 48 hours of being placed.
• After 48 hours, a 20% cancellation fee will apply to any canceled order.
• To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team via email at orders@pulzhitches.com.

• It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all order details, including product specifications, quantities, and shipping information, are correct at the time of purchase.
• If an error occurs due to customer input, all charges related to the      correction (including reprinting, repackaging, or reshipping) will be the      customer's responsibility.
• If the error is due to our fault, we will correct it at no additional cost to you.

• Returns are accepted for eligible products within 15 days from the date of delivery.
• All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is      due to a defective or incorrect item.

We stand by the quality of our products and offer a Lifetime Warranty on manufacturing defects. This warranty is subject to the following conditions:

• The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal      use for the life of the product.
• This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse, abuse, or improper handling
  • Accidents or unauthorized modifications
  • Environmental damage (e.g., water, heat, or impact damage)

To submit a warranty claim:

• Provide proof of purchase and photos of the defect
• Upon approval, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you

We reserve the right to determine whether a product qualifies under this warranty and whether it will be repaired, replaced, or refunded.

• Orders are normally processed within 4-6 weeks.
• Shipping times vary depending on location and shipping method selected.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors      beyond our control.
• Any customs duties or import taxes for international shipments are the      responsibility of the customer.
• If shipment arrives damaged, please contact us immediately for instructions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages      arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our products or services.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

Your privacy is important to us. We only collect and use personal information in accordance with your order. We do not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
